Welcome to the vasusOS project

What it’s for, what it isn’t.

Thank you for signing up to trial our experiment in self-managing health and wellbeing. A working vasusOS sandbox will be ready for you next week. Inside: a test profile we think will be aligned with you — pre-populated, guided, every number synthetic. No live data is connected anywhere. The architecture is real.

what we’re asking of it — and of you
See the grammar working

Secure self-custody ledger → map → path → receipts, as one living system rather than slides.

Watch data become structure

Connect a source (demo authorisation — nothing real is contacted, no live data anywhere) and watch nodes join the map, still learning.

Test the agent’s honesty

Ask it anything. It answers from the profile’s evidence, cites what it claims, and says “still learning” or “unsure” when the analysis doesn’t support a finding.

Test the system

Your fair feedback is the best thing we can hear. Stress test assumptions.

See both sides of the ledger

Your side: activity, sleep, training, supplement rails. Our side: retrieved science, news that moves the evidence, and your location’s environment — heat, air, pollen — each a source you can see and switch.

ten minutes inside — the drill
01

Open your link · enter your email · type the PIN from your inbox (sender: noreply@notify.cloudflare.com). Pick the test profile waiting for you.

02

The map: the profile’s goal centred, everything being tried in orbit — and on the outer ring, our side: retrieved science, news, and the local environment. Click any node — the note pane follows.

03

Left tree → Sources — add secure ledger sources (demo authorisation; nothing real is contacted).

04

Ask the AI agent — for example: “What’s working so far?” · “When should I train this week?”

05

See the map forming — protocols and activities connecting to the goal, each connection backed by the science.

06

Interact with the AI agent in detail, review experiments and information.

07

Connect partner data sources, enrich the connection between your health outcomes and the protocols you’re trying.

08

Break things. Click everything. ↺ resets the world.

Nothing in the sandbox is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a live product claim. A test profile, synthetic numbers, no live data connections, real architecture — wellness personalisation, never therapy. Your sandbox state lives in your browser only.

the manifesto · a free framework

A translation layer and self-experiment project for health optimisation

01

Self-custody by design for your health journey information.

Portable, exportable, encrypted, never stored by us and only readable with permission.

02

Evidence, quietly.

Every claim carries its citations; every citation is screened, graded and checked for retraction. No claim survives on confidence alone.

03

Your data works only for you.

Never sold, never mined for anyone else’s benefit, never training someone else’s model.

04

Self-experimentation and self-management of health needs better tools and information, not more apps and subscriptions.

People should have access to the right tools and science to enable agency and choice in developing their own paths to health.

05

Attribution is the product.

“It works” isn’t enough — for whom, since when, compared to what?

06

The AI drafts; humans hold the keys.

Sums by code, the AI narrates, and nothing clinical applies until you — and where it matters, your practitioner — turn the keys.

07

Honest verdicts include “too patchy to judge.”

A tool that can’t say “we don’t know yet” can’t be trusted.

08

Manual-first, forever.

A typed note is a first-class citizen. No device, no subscription hardware, no gate.

09

The effort put into your health journey must be respected.

The choice to put in time, cost and energy to drive a health outcome yourself can be one of the most challenging things a person does in their life.

10

A free framework, not a walled garden.

The core of vasusOS will always be free. If we ever charge for heavy additions on top, the framework stays open underneath.
